1. Services
Artive offers photography and photo design services, including (but not limited to) event photography, portrait sessions, and image editing. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Bookings & Payments
- A booking is only confirmed once an advance payment is received.
- Full payment must be made before final delivery of photos or edited materials.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Copyright & Usage Rights
- All photographs taken by Artive remain the intellectual property of Artive unless otherwise agreed.
- Clients are granted personal usage rights for their images.
- Commercial use, resale, or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing accurate information and event details during booking.
- The client must obtain permissions (venue, people, etc.) if required for the shoot.
5. Delivery Timeline
- Edited photos will typically be delivered within 7–14 business days of the event or shoot date.
- Delays due to technical issues or client-side feedback may impact delivery time.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellation must be communicated at least 5 days before the scheduled shoot.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
Artive is not liable for any loss, damage, or failure to deliver services caused by:
- Acts of nature or unforeseen circumstances
- Equipment failure
- Delays caused by the client
8. Website Content
All content (text, images, logo, etc.) on this website is owned by Artive. Unauthorized copying or use is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your personal data.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.
